Threaded steel coupler system
Coupler is intended for use as a screw-connection reinforcement on the formwork elements of working joints in concrete. Usually the reinforcement continues on both sides of the working joint by means of an overlap joint or is anchored on one side. The bar lengths depend on the static requirements of the component and are determined by the anchoring and overlap lengths according to DIN EN 1992-1-1 with NA(D).

Egcodorn® is a high-performance corrosion-proof transverse shear force dowel which transfers maximum loads whilst having a minimal component thickness.
When using Egcodorn®, extensive formwork for expansion joints is not necessary. The unique corrosion protection system and the use of high-quality materials guarantee the highest safety and reliability.

The proven Stabox® S profi le with roughened surface ensures a strong anchorage in the concrete. Due to the optimum geometrical shape of the profi le, the reinforcement connectors Stabox® S and Stabox® T satisfy the highest requirements for all loading cases in an indented joint
Steel insert: B500B according to DIN 488, guaranteeing rebendability, external monitoring and Ü-Zeichen (German mark of conformity).
The transmission of vibrations emanated by rail vehicles is reduced by fixed tracks on floating bearings. To ensure high travelling comfort, relative movements of the individual continuous slabs must be absorbed in the direction of the reinforcement. The Egcodorn® DND shear force dowel is recommended for the coupling of the dynamically stressed joints.
